CREATING YOUR BUYER BRIEF - we’ll get together and workshop your ideal property - whether it’s a new home or investment. I’ll listen to your needs, wants and goals, and put together a one page written Brief that will act as our blueprint so we are crystal clear on what the right property looks like.

STARTING OUR SEARCH - I’ll do all the groundwork for you in our search. My behind the scenes team will set up alerts to all of the major real estate internet portals so our bases are covered when new properties are listed that match our Brief. I’ll contact my local agent database of 500 + real estate agents to put the word out for your ideal property, and I’ll even go as far as write to owners of homes we identify as suitable, if it means we can secure the right property in an off-market capacity.

INSPECTING PROPERTY - I’ll personally inspect each and every property we consider in our search. I’ll take videos and photos that represent the true nature of the property; not the glamorised version the selling agent will portray.

SHORT-LISTING AND DUE DILIGENCE - When we find a property that looks to be right, I’ll put it under the microscope and prepare a thorough due diligence report that we can review together, to see if the property is really a match.

STRATEGIC NEGOTIATING - I’ll represent your best interests in all negotiations to ensure we secure the right property for the least amount possible, and on terms that work for you.

ARRANGING BUILDING, PEST AND INSPECTION REPORTS - I’ll put you in touch with my most trusted professionals and co-ordinate all third party inspections so that you can be sure the property we are buying is structurally sound and reflective of what you think you are buying.

MANAGING THE CONTRACT AND PAPERWORK - I’ll manage the Contract process between the parties and ensure the paperwork you sign is correct and protects your interests. I’ll oversee the purchase in all respects to ensure it moves through to the settlement stage effortlessly.

SETTLEMENT - I’ll inspect the property at settlement and work with your legal team to ensure the settlement and handover process is seamless. If you’ve engaged a property manager, I’ll work with them up until the point at which the property is tenanted.

TRANSPORT TO AND FROM INSPECTIONS - If you are without suitable transport, I can collect you from anywhere in Brisbane and taxi you to property inspections.
