All fee quotations are personalised to the individual and are negotiated prior to any further commitment. I request all clients commit to signature services with an upfront engagement fee as follows:

Start To Settlement - AUD 5,500

Auction Strategy - AUD 2,500

An agreed success fee is payable when your purchase contract becomes unconditional.
