From agent selection and negotiation of fees, to helping choose the right sales method for you, I’m here to act alongside your selling agent so you make decisions that maximise your sale result.
Wendy assists sellers with:

I interview various selling agents on your behalf, and together, we appoint the one who will represent your best interests.

I negotiate your professional fee (commission) with your chosen agent, ensuring it is competitive and reflective of the engagement and terms of service. I review the proposed Marketing and Sales Campaign for your property to ensure it aligns with your expectations and personal requirements.

I provide guidance on how to best present your property to maximise the sale result, including advice relating to home styling, potential renovation works, cosmetic improvements, open house tips etc.

If your property is being sold via Auction, I act as a support to your sales team and help you make decisions in the lead up, and on the day of the Auction. I’m your sounding board in all negotiations.

I assist you in making decisions around the negotiation process when an offer to purchase is received by your sales team.

I’m available to discuss matters relating to the settlement process and provide support at settlement.
