Having secured hundreds of investment homes and as a seasoned investor myself, I know the formula for finding, selecting and securing the right properties in Brisbane. Here’s how I’ll guide you to those properties that statistically outperform.

Securing your investment property will look something like this.

  • Together, we will discuss your specific requirements for the investment purchase and create a written Buyer Brief – a short description of what the property will feature and where it will be located. Your Brief will act as our roadmap throughout the search.

  • I co-ordinate the groundwork and short-list properties that match the Brief. Alerts are set up to all key real estate portals and my local networks are contacted. If your Brief is especially specific, I may target certain properties directly. Each week, I share an update on my search results so you’re in the loop.

  • I shortlist suitable properties and personally inspect those that are considered for purchase. Photos and videos are forwarded to you via our group-chat so you can view the (un-photoshopped) property at your leisure.

  • When we find a property that is ticking the right boxes, I prepare a full due diligence report, along with a comprehensive market analysis that identifies the property’s potential worth. The report identifies potential red flags and all the information you need to make a Go or No-Go decision.

  • Whether at Auction or under private treaty conditions, I represent your best interests in all negotiations. The focus is to strategically secure the property for the least amount possible and on terms that best suit you.

  • I co-ordinate all additional due diligence and property inspections where necessary. I connect you with my local network of inspectors so you have the best in the business overseeing the property.

  • I assist in the preparation of your Purchase Contract and legal documents required to formalise the purchase. I oversee the settlement period alongside your nominated legal representative to ensure a smooth transition to settlement and handover to your property manager.

  • At settlement, I conduct an on-site pre-settlement inspection. I coordinate with your legal and finance teams, along with your property manager to ensure the exchange process is seamless.
